mVision® streaming platform powers a unified environment for managing, editing and publishing real-time multimedia user-generated content, including video streams, audio streams and prerecorded multimedia files, in the context of a thematic community portal.
Users technically skilled enough to author video and upload it to the service, are provided with a client-side video authoring application. The mVision® platform, processes new uploaded content in real-time and utilizes Flash video and 3GPP standards to enable universal access.
The mVision® platform offers advanced search, topic-tag, content rating, comment, and discussion functionalities, and includes SMS or email notification tools. The Mobile Community solution is accessible both from any 3GPP-compliant mobile phone, regardless of 3G connectivity restrictions (regular GPRS works perfectly well), and any PC connected to the Internet.
